I love journaling. I write all my thoughts, dreams, heartaches, hopes & prayers. I write songs & stories about God’s promises, answers, healing, faithfulness and miracles. So when I forget, I just look at my journals and remember. Journaling helps me process my line of thinking and release emotions from deepest recesses of my heart. It’s not just therapeutic, but it’s also a record of my conversations with God.
